How can i remove wheel cap

I finally got some new center caps for the one that was missing the VW emblom since I bought my touareg a year ago. Just tried to remove it, not much lucky.

Anyone know a good/the easiest technique for remove the center wheel cap?

easiest way is to take your wheel off and hit it from the other side with a blunt opject. I guess you could try to pry it out.. but not sure you will have much luck.
